Milly has worked in the People space for over 17 years, predominantly within tech fuelled high growth organisations. A qualified coach with a passion for human potential, she has previously led the people function as CPO at e-comms platform thortful.com, the head of HR for digital music business 7digital and spent 3 years consulting with SMEs on people experience strategies as a Director at The HR Hub.

She specialises in building things from scratch, specifically crafting cultures and ways of working uniquely aligned to an organisation’s commercial strategy.  Milly takes the lead on all things People at Vitesse.
